I think I can see what the problem is from the dump file as it would appear you installed Avast anti virus on 13th January. As you saw, it is like Task Manager on steroids. Type verifier into the box and hit the Enter key. I exported the list and attached it.
Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time. This is very annoying and I am afraid I will lose my work at some point!
