It doesnt happen outside of the game and any other time. But I'll try and call him and ask him to put it back to normal so I can stream without getting bsod. I've read/heard of people hitting absolutely ridiculous higher temps than me and their system is fine so on to the next thing.

No log report.Log reports for MSI afterburner and Speedfan confirms that cpu/gpu are staying great. Does your case have sufficient airflow? I ran a complete malware sweep, installed and did complete Microsoft security essentials scan, and checked all of my drivers. Memtest Regardless it underclocks the ram to 1333. Streaming at 1080p is very, very tough on the CPU and could cause some frame drops to twitch or FPS drops in game.

Do I need the AMD High Definition Audio Device?

Also I don't really know where to put my max settings to make the game look super clear and stop crashing my system. GPU was at 44c at crash, CPU was at 42c .psu is maintaining correct voltage.
