If you're saying the issue only started happening when you got your replacement card, then this is definitely the first place to start. If that is the cause of your problems, that should resolve it. A clean re-install of Windows could also determine if the issue lies with your hardware or software.

If you don't run into this problem while using your onboard device, then you know the issue is isolated to your graphics card and you should seek another replacement.
