If I want to preview something I can easily just hit the preview pane option at the top of the right corner of a folder. In windows 7, they lobotomized Explorer. It no longer remembers anything about each folder individually - though it still writes that lame desktop.ini file into every folder. But I dont use the Recycle Bin that much...So yeah.. It was really annoying that the Preview Pane in Windows 7's Pictures library was constantly resetting.
