Random BSOD BCCode: 1e (gaming Browsing Watching Videos)

I cant do anything on this computer because of the frerquent crashes. Unfortunately there is no setting is in BIOS to either increase or decrease the clock speed. On the forum it was suggested that it might be the motherboard, what do you think?.
