I suggest that you totally remove the existing driver, and reinstall the driver that came on a CD with your card. Go to AMD site here, and choose the Driver Support section, and then over to the left, the Latest AMD GPU Drivers and choose your operating system and for 32 bit/ Case Laptop / notebook. It also takes a long time to test Ram. Memory Management and IRQL_not_less_or_equal.

So now I'm not sure what else to do as it seems the graphic card has no issue with my other desktop, but does so with this problem desktop. So...when you install the drivers and the video card becomes active, you have crashes.

is this prime95 http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=205 if so then this seems to have something to do with overclocking. Something got messed up, deleted, changed, or modified.
