The Move/Resize command won't work to increase the size of the Data .system partition. If a person believed there was something there , that is a different way to see things. I ran the Windows 10 upgrade again, and the upgrade proceeded smoothly. Any different disk and therefore disk ID (GUID) the clone or image of that system is pushed to, requires editing the BCD to repoint to the new disk ID.

Possibly if you pay for the upgrade down the road the installer will then do the job for you. Windows 8.1 booted up just fine with the newly resized partitions. And yes - I will most likely purchase a copy !!!! Windows 10 System Reserved Partition I will wait a few months.
