Try This! I think it worked once, in the first year, but not since about 2011. Click on it.That should get you an option of "Run System Restore." That should get you into business.If by chance you ever get the System Restore icon back on your Start

When I click on SWITCH button it says - no device is connected.
and hit start run all programs and restore to original places or folders.. Anyway its booting into android system recovery
