Some time this issue occurs due to driver corruption. I haven't been able run Malwarebytes or any other windows diagnostics software because Explorer keeps crashing every 10 minutes. I've been trying to resolve this for hours now, I've looked at other threads similar to my problem but nothing seems to work. If SAFEMODE doesn't work then start your computer in SAFEMODE with command prompt and then run explorer.exe command.
